Cruising on the Thames at a genteel pace through some of the most stunning countryside this cruise is a treat. Departing from Caversham Pier, we head upstream through Mapledurham Lock and into our second reach to Pangbourne. Passing under Whitchurch toll bridge and into the lock the following reach widens, before navigating Gatehampton Bridge and arriving at Goring Lock.
Our onboard steward is on hand serving hot and cold drinks from the bar and to assist with questions about the river. This is Thames travel the way it should be - in style. The cruise to Goring leaves you with enough time for lunch ashore and exploration before returning downstream to Caversham.
